SIPP Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SIPP. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products, services, and websites (collectively, “Services”). By purchasing, installing, or using any SIPP device or subscription, you agree to these Terms.
1. General Disclaimer
SIPP provides water quality intelligence and treatment systems designed to improve the safety and transparency of drinking water through industry-standard filtration, UV disinfection, and real-time data insights .
However, SIPP does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Any information, data, or insights derived from SIPP products or reports are intended for informational purposes only.
You should consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional to understand how potential water contaminants may affect your individual health.
SIPP is not liable for any medical conditions, illnesses, or adverse health outcomes resulting from water contamination, regardless of whether such contamination was detected or undetected by SIPP products.
While our treatment technologies meet or exceed applicable NSF and industry standards for contaminant mitigation, SIPP cannot guarantee the complete removal of all potential contaminants under all circumstances.
The data provided by SIPP should be regarded as an indicator to inform future actions, not a comprehensive safeguard against all threats.
2. Product Certifications and Limitations
SIPP’s filtration and UV disinfection systems use components certified to applicable NSF/ANSI standards.
Proper installation, activation, and maintenance are required for the system to function as designed.
Performance claims apply only when products are used with genuine SIPP components and installed according to manufacturer instructions.
SIPP is not responsible for reduced performance due to:
Use of third-party filters, UV cartridges, or accessories
Improper installation or maintenance
System modifications or tampering
Environmental conditions beyond normal residential use
3. Data and Insights
The SIPP Smart Home System, SIPP Pro Plan, and SIPPlytics Water Quality Map may collect and display environmental and operational data to provide personalized insights.
While SIPP strives for high data accuracy, all data is provided “as is” without warranty of completeness or precision.
SIPP is not responsible for delays, inaccuracies, or third-party data errors.
4. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
We stand behind the quality and performance of every SIPP Smart Home System. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days of activation for a full refund under the following conditions:
4.1 Eligibility
The guarantee applies only to SIPP Smart Home Systems purchased directly from sippsafely.com.
The return request must be made within 90 calendar days from the date your device is activated or first connected to the SIPP App.
4.2 Good-Faith Use Requirement
This guarantee is intended for customers who make a good-faith effort to install, activate, and use the product as intended.
Returns requested without reasonable use or installation attempt may be subject to review and may not qualify for a full refund.
4.3 Condition of Returned Items
The system must be returned in good working condition, with all major components (device, filters, UV cartridge, and included accessories).
Normal wear from installation and initial use is acceptable; however, units with damage from misuse, modification, or improper installation are not eligible.
4.4 Return Process
To initiate a return, contact support@sippsafely.com with your order number and reason for return.
A prepaid return shipping label will be provided. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 7–10 business days.
4.5 Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Replacement filters or cartridges purchased separately are not covered under this guarantee unless defective.
4.6 Defective or Damaged Products
If your product arrives defective or is damaged during shipping, contact support@sippsafely.com immediately for a replacement at no cost.
4.7 Customer Care Support
Before processing a return, our support team may offer troubleshooting or diagnostic assistance to resolve issues remotely through the SIPP App or data interface.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SIPP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, property damage, or personal injury.
Total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
6. Privacy and Data Use
SIPP respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
SIPP does not and will not sell, lease, or grant access to customer data to any third party without your explicit written consent.
All data used in community reports, SIPPlytics maps, and other SIPP products is anonymized and will not be publicly shared without the express consent of the data owner.
By using SIPP products and services, you acknowledge and consent that SIPP may use anonymized, aggregated data to produce community trends, reports, and analytics that help improve our technology and provide value to SIPP customers.
You also grant SIPP’s customer support team limited access to your individual device and water quality data solely for diagnostic, service, or troubleshooting purposes to ensure the best and most prompt support experience.
Personal information, device identifiers, and account details are protected under SIPP’s Privacy Policy, which outlines additional details about data collection, retention, and user rights.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles.
