Our Vision
Every Sip, a Safe One
At SIPP, we envision a world where every person has the power to treat and monitor their water, ensuring every sip is safe, every day. In this future, communities no longer wait for problems to surface through illness, infrastructure failure, or expensive home repairs. Instead, water systems are proactively maintained, powered by transparent data, empowered individuals, and strong partnerships between households and utilities.
We are on a mission to transform water system operations from reactive to proactive, reducing health risks, optimizing efficiency, and bringing communities together around a shared understanding of their water quality. This vision unfolds in three strategic phases: A Drop in the Bucket, The Community Pool, and The Data Lake.
Phase 1
A Drop in the Bucket
The first step in achieving our vision is empowering individuals with high-quality water treatment, smart monitoring, and seamless home integration.
The SIPP Safe Smart Home Device:
This flagship product provides comprehensive water filtration and disinfection at the point of use, while also delivering intelligent data tracking that serves two core purposes:
Comprehensive
Safety
The device treats every drop at the point of use through advanced filtration and disinfection, providing a complete barrier against contaminants and ensuring consistently safe, high-quality drinking water.
Convenient Maintenance and Dedicated Support
Maintenance is made simple with automated alerts for filter changes, leak detection, and easy upkeep guidance, backed by dedicated customer support to ensure your system always runs at its best.
Smart Home Connectivity
and Data Transparency
Seamlessly integrates with smart home platforms to enable real-time water quality monitoring, automatic maintenance routines, and instant notifications, giving users unprecedented visibility into their water health and home environment.
The goal is widespread distribution to individuals everywhere, giving each household a tool that’s more than just a filter: it’s peace of mind. We call this phase “A Drop in the Bucket” because while it starts small, each drop contributes to a much larger change.
Phase 2
The Community Pool
As adoption grows, SIPP evolves from serving individuals to serving communities. In this phase, we introduce SIPP Safe Communities, where clusters of homes and neighborhoods are linked through shared water data.
Key Features of This Phase
Water Quality Network Effect
Aggregated data from SIPP devices across homes is combined with public utility data and dynamic water test inputs.
Geospatial Transparency
A real-time, layered water quality map helps individuals and communities identify whether issues are isolated to a single home, shared across a neighborhood, or indicative of wider systemic concerns.
New Devices, Broader Reach
We’ll expand our hardware offerings to better serve diverse households and increase data fidelity.
With this phase, entire communities benefit from shared insights and collective security, transforming isolated efforts into a communal safeguard.
Phase 3
The Data Lake
In the final phase, SIPP becomes the connective tissue between consumers and utilities. We introduce a B2B SaaS platform designed to integrate utility operations with household-level data.
Unlocking the Full System
Operational Integration
Utilities sync maintenance schedules, infrastructure data, and service information with the real-time data coming from smart homes.
Our AI-powered threat categorization engine analyzes combined data sources, including satellite imagery, consumer reports, and system-wide metrics, to rank and prioritize water events by severity.
SIPP provides the base model, which each utility calibrates to its own conditions, enabling rapid deployment across towns, cities, and eventually countries.
By aligning utility efforts with consumer data and intelligent analysis, this phase creates the highest standard of water quality management, one that’s fast, predictive, and built on trust.
